I liked the comfortable bed and pillows. The a/c is trial and error, works good to make the room a frigid. The staff was nice, though seemed tired. The parking is nice and wasn't on a bad corner.

Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Staff was friendly. Owner was working that day and was really helpful and respectful.

it was clean, good location, and fairly small so it wasn’t overcrowded. also, we had a lightbulb blow in the bathroom area. i went and told the girl in the front office. the owner/manager was there within an hour and half to trade it out, even though we didn’t need it that night. says a lot when they take care of right away. if I am ever back in Troy, I will stay there.

It was cozy, and Bex was very comfortable and how clean it was and the employees welcome you with open arms, greeting you with a warm smile

The king size beds felt like cement and I woke up in terrible pain in my back the staff was wonderful she relocated me to a double bed which was much better

Great location. Easy access. Hotel is a little older, but good value for the price. Room was clean and staff was excellent. Had no problems and felt safe. Good for a short stay. Needed a place to sleep and take a shower and feel safe. This place proved great for the need ! The two young ladies who were working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful ! One suggested a local restaurant which we did go to eat and it was OUTSTANDING !! Thank you to all the staff at this location !!
